We want you to be completely satisfied with ScreenSmith AI. If you're not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available if:

  • You request within 14 days of purchase
  • You have used less than 50% of your monthly credits
  • You have not exported more than 10 assets
  • There are technical issues preventing Service use (after support attempts)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions after 14 days from purchase date
  • Used credits or completed generations
  • Accounts with violations of Terms of Service
  • Free plan upgrades after significant usage

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution (typically 3-7 business days).

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • Your account will downgrade to the Free plan
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
