ScreenSmith AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating app store screenshots, assets, and marketing materials for iOS and Android applications. The Service includes:

• Screenshot upload and analysis
• AI-powered asset generation
• Multi-language localization
• ASO (App Store Optimization) copywriting
• Export capabilities for various formats

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with different credit allocations and features.

4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through our payment provider (Paddle).

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.4 Credits: Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the screenshots and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and generate assets from your content.

6.2 Generated Assets: You own all rights to the assets generated by our AI for your projects.

6.3 Our IP: The Service, including all software, algorithms, and designs, is owned by ScreenSmith AI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated assets as templates
• Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ScreenSmith AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
